Equally Busy, Olla Ramlan and Aufar Hutapea are Compact in Not Attending the Divorce Hearing

Kapanlagi.com - Artist Olla Ramlan and Aufar Hutapea are once again undergoing a divorce trial at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Monday (11/4/2022). Today's trial is scheduled for the reading of the divorce lawsuit filed by the plaintiff, Olla Ramlan.

Previously, in the first trial, which was mediation, it was declared unsuccessful and the trial process was continued to the next stage.

"As we have stated, the results of the mediation have been accepted by the chairman of the panel and the reading of the lawsuit has been read. The defendant's attorney has also provided his response, and the process will continue through ecourt and then we will see the schedule for the evidence presentation, possibly after Eid," said Maruli Tampubolon at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Monday (11/4/20222).

1. Absent from the Trial

In this trial, both Olla Ramlan and Aufar Hutapea were absent and were only represented by their respective legal counsel. Olla Ramlan was represented by Maruli Tampubolon while Aufar Hutapea's side was represented by Jonathan.

"They were not present because they had other commitments as principals, both as a businessman and an entertainer, and were bound by contracts so they could not attend, but we as legal counsel could attend," said Maruli Tampubolon.

2. Mediation Fails

In the previous trial, Olla Ramlan and Aufar Hutapea's mediation was declared unsuccessful. Maruli Tampubolon revealed that they could not explain what caused the mediation to fail.

"Well, we don't know what the internal household relationship is like, that's why it's always private and confidential. Likewise, when the mediation process is attended by us as their lawyers, then there is a phase where the mediator judge wants to talk only to the plaintiff and defendant parties," said Maruli Tampubolon.

3. Married for 9 Years

It was previously known that Olla Ramlan and Aufar Hutapea attended the first divorce trial on April 4, 2022. But the mediation conducted in the trial was declared unsuccessful.

Olla Ramlan married Aufar Hutapea on December 20, 2012. During their nine years of marriage, they were blessed with two children named Aleena Naira Hana Hutapea and Adreena Naira Hana Hutapea.
