Kaesang Pangarep called the head chef from Zutto, a Japanese restaurant located in the Pantai Indah Kapuk area of Jakarta, to serve omakase to his wife, Erina Gudono. Omakase is a dining experience where the food is served outside of the menu, with the dishes entrusted to the chef.
The head chef from Zutto comes directly from Japan. Of course, there is an additional cost that Kaesang has to pay to bring the head chef to provide service outside of his workplace.
The prices of food at Zutto cannot be considered cheap, especially for the omakase concept. With premium ingredients, the price that Kaesang has to pay is quite high.
Zutto offers omakase package prices starting from Rp2 million to Rp13 million. This price does not include the cost of private service coming to the client's location, as was done by Kaesang.
For a price of around Rp2 million, Zutto offers 14-15 menu items. Additionally, they also have a package for Rp13 million for 16 menu items. There is also a special menu, the Nakanisi A5 Wagyu, which is priced at around Rp50 million per pack.
From Erina's post, the menu served by the chef consists of 15 items. This includes 3 appetizers, three main courses, six nigiri, one soup, and two desserts. One of the Nigiri dishes served to Erina uses Uni, and Zutto uses auction grade uni from Hokkaido, which is of very high quality.
While his wife enjoys the omakase, Kaesang goes to the market. He shops for baby necessities at the Lembang market for their child, Bebingah Sang Tansahayu.
The exact price of the package taken by Kaesang for Erina is not yet known in detail. However, from the price range described above, it is certainly imaginable that the food consumed by Erina is not cheap, right KLovers?
