Eryck Amaral's Address Unknown, Aura Kasih's Divorce Hearing Will Be Held in 4 Months

Kapanlagi.com - The marriage of Aura Kasih and Eryck Amaral is currently on the rocks. And recently, it was reported that the 33-year-old actress has filed for divorce from her husband. 

This was confirmed by Taslimah, the Public Relations Officer of the South Jakarta Religious Court. She stated that the divorce lawsuit filed by Aura Kasih was received on December 17, 2020. 

1. Mysterious Address

Although the case file has been submitted, the Religious Court cannot immediately hold a trial. This is because, until now, the address of Eryck Amaral's residence is still unknown. 

"Because this is a defendant with a mysterious address, based on Government Regulation number 9 of 1975 article 27, summoning will be conducted through mass media, through paragraph 3 it is also conveyed through the Regent or Mayor," said Taslimah when met at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Friday (18/12/2020). 

2. Held in the Next 4 Months

Taslimah mentioned that because the address or residence of Eryck Amaral is unknown, the trial is likely to be held in about 4 months from now. And during the trial, Eryck will be summoned through mass media. 

"If the process for resolving this mysterious case takes at least 4 months, then we will wait for the first trial in the next 4 months because it has to be summoned through mass media," Taslimah concluded.
