Regarding the Dispute over Joint Assets, Tsania Marwa and Atalarik Syah's Feud Heats Up Again

Kapanlagi.com - After a period of calm, the feud between Tsania Marwa and Atalarik Syah heats up again. Some of the issues raised this time include child custody and joint assets. 

Quoted from the Cumi-Cumi YouTube channel, Tsania Marwa visited Atalarik Syah's residence to inspect the assets requested by the Religious Court of Cibinong. According to Tsania, there are at least 12 disputed items from her divorce with Atalarik. 

1. Only 2 Disputed Items

Tsania Marwa said, out of the 12 disputed assets, only 2 items are listed. And Tsania's purpose in visiting Atalarik Syach's house is to check the existence of those assets. 

"Yes, so today we are checking the items. The judge wants to see if the items I mentioned, which are said to be here, are actually here or not, and the only items that can be shown are a car and a dining table, even though we claimed that there are more than 10 items," said Tsania Marwa. 

2. Claimed to Have Received the Items

Tsania Marwa also revealed that there are several items of hers that she has not received yet, such as bags and shoes. And when examined at Atalarik's house, those items were not found. 

"And all of those bags and shoes are not here. And I am the one who owns the items, so I know. I never took those items out of this house, and the defendant (Atalarik) said that the items were delivered to me, which I never received," said Tsania.

"So I came here to see which items are acknowledged and which ones are not," she added.
