Never Met Despite Having Custody Rights, Tsania Marwa Claims Atalarik Syach Hides Their Children

Kapanlagi.com - After subsiding for a while, the feud between Tsania Marwa and Atalarik Syach has heated up again. Among the issues that have resurfaced are the issue of joint property and custody rights for their children.

As known, custody rights for their children from their marriage with Atalarik fell into Tsania's hands after she won the custody hearing at the Cibinong Religious Court in January 2020.

1. Wealth Inequality Questions

Not long ago, Tsania Marwa went to Atalarik Syach's house to check some items from the disputed wealth inequality list. In addition, she also intended to see her children whom she had not seen for 8 months.

Unfortunately, when she was there, she only found 2 items out of the 12 assets on the list. And also, she did not find her children there at all. 

2. Hide Children

From this, Tsania suspected that Atalarik Syach had hidden their child. The 29-year-old woman said that her ex-husband deliberately took their child out so that they couldn't meet. 

"And about the children, earlier when I asked inside, there were no children of mine, even though it's clear that it's a pandemic, it's impossible for them to go to school, so it's clear that my child was intentionally taken out of the house temporarily because I was coming, even though custody is already in my hands," said Tsania as quoted from Cumi-Cumi. 

"That can be judged by ethics, meaning, and whether the intention is good or not, assess it yourself," she continued.
