Escaping from Athlete's House Quarantine, Rachel Vennya Turns Out to be Assisted by a Member of the Indonesian National Army

Kapanlagi.com - Rachel Vennya has been confirmed to have escaped from the health quarantine after traveling to the United States. However, a new fact has emerged that Rachel's escape involved a member of the Indonesian National Army with the initials FS.

"Currently, the Kodam Jaya is in the process of investigating the news of Selegram Rachel Vennya's escape from quarantine at RSDC Wisma Atlet Pademangan, the examination is conducted from top to bottom," said Kapendam Jaya Colonel Herwin BS in a written statement on Wednesday (13/10/2021) as quoted by Detikcom.

Kodam Jaya, as the Kogasgabpad COVID-19, explained that after the news spread, an examination was conducted from the airport to RSDC Wisma Atlet Pademangan. After tracing the incident of Rachel Vennya's escape, it was found that there was involvement of a certain individual.

"Based on preliminary investigations, there is evidence of a member of the TNI Security Task Force at the airport who performed non-procedural actions," said Herwin.

1. Allegations of Nonprocedural Actions

Herwin stated that Decision of the Head of the COVID 19 Task Force Number 12/2021 on September 15, 2021, stated that those eligible for quarantine repatriation facilities at RSDC Wisma Pademangan are Indonesian migrant workers (PMI), Indonesian students or students after completing education or carrying out study assignments abroad, and government officials returning to Indonesia after official trips abroad. Rachel Vennya is not included in any of these categories.

"During the investigation of the case, it was found that there were allegations of nonprocedural actions by a member of the Soetta Airport Security (TNI) identified as FS, who arranged for influencer Rachel Vennya to bypass the quarantine procedures that must be followed after traveling from abroad," explained Herwin.

2. Order Investigation

Pangdam Jaya as Pangkogasgabpad COVID-19, Major General TNI Mulyo Aji ordered an investigation into the FS person. Herwin mentioned that Major General Mulyo Aji requested the examination process to be conducted quickly.

"Investigations will also be conducted on healthcare personnel, security personnel, and other quarantine organizers to obtain maximum results as evaluation material in accordance with SE Satgas COVID-19 Number 18 of 2021, which states that guests or residents who have just arrived from abroad are required to undergo quarantine for 8x24 hours," Herwin concluded.
