The mystery regarding the absence of Rien Wartia Trigina or Erin Taulany in her first divorce hearing with Andre Taulany has finally been solved. Erin's party confirmed that their client was unable to attend due to physical conditions that made it impossible after a long journey. 

The hearing was held at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Wednesday (10/8/2025). According to Wahyu Purnomo, Erin Taulany's legal counsel, their client had just landed in the country a day before the scheduled hearing.

Erin returned from England after escorting her son, so fatigue was the main reason for her absence from the courtroom.

"She just returned from taking her son to England, just came back yesterday. So physically, she is still tired," said Wahyu Purnomo.

He also requested understanding regarding his client's condition, who has just completed a long-distance flight and needs time to rest."So it can be understood that she is very tired, a long flight, so she is unable to attend today," he said.

Nevertheless, Wahyu assured that Erin will be cooperative and will attend the mediation agenda in person next week. That moment will be the first meeting between Erin and Andre in the courtroom.

"Eh, later he will convey it himself in the mediation process next week, he will meet directly with the applicant party, right? That’s what I can share," explained Wahyu.

This first hearing has not yet entered the main issues. Today's hearing agenda is only at the initial stage, which is to determine the mediator who will mediate both parties.

"It's still the early stage, still determining the mediator. So it's still in the initial phase, not yet, not yet entering the main issues," he said.
