1. Starting from a Meeting

Her desire to open a restaurant actually started from a meeting she attended. During the meeting, Erika received food but she didn't find it appetizing.

Not only her, but also several people who attended the meeting didn't have much appetite to eat the food. From there, the idea to open a restaurant that serves delicious food came to her mind.

"It started from me attending a meeting, but during the meeting, the food didn't taste good and the box was already wet and crumpled, and I saw the bosses in the meeting also didn't enjoy it and didn't finish their food," said Erika when met in the Kuningan area, South Jakarta some time ago.

"That's why I searched all over Jakarta and even shared it on Instagram to find truly delicious and unique food menus, and finally after trying them all, I fell in love with Guree," she continued.

2. Mission to Establish a Business

In building her business, from a coffee shop to currently opening a restaurant, Erika has a mission for herself. At the very least, what she runs can be useful for herself and then for others.

"Actually, because I really want to have a beneficial business in my other job, meaning entertainment. When I'm in a meeting or shooting, I can bring my own drinks and food for them. Because from my experience, after I let them try it, they actually end up ordering it themselves for meetings or shootings with others," she said.

3. Luxury Menu Varieties

When asked about the flagship menu of her restaurant, Erika explained it straightforwardly. As for the price, she claimed that her restaurant can still compete with other competitors. The food served is not ordinary. She dares to sell luxurious food at affordable prices.

"The flagship menu includes Andaliman Sirloin with sambal matah, truffle gyudon US Beef, honey lemon prawn. These are the types of food commonly found in expensive restaurants, but we sell them at a lower price while maintaining the same quality. The prices range from Rp 38,000 to Rp 47,000," Erika concluded.
