"Actually, because I really want to have a beneficial business in my other job, meaning entertainment. When I'm in a meeting or shooting, I can bring my own drinks and food for them. Because from my experience, after I let them try it, they actually end up ordering it themselves for meetings or shootings with others," she said.

3. Luxury Menu Varieties

When asked about the flagship menu of her restaurant, Erika explained it straightforwardly. As for the price, she claimed that her restaurant can still compete with other competitors. The food served is not ordinary. She dares to sell luxurious food at affordable prices.

"The flagship menu includes Andaliman Sirloin with sambal matah, truffle gyudon US Beef, honey lemon prawn. These are the types of food commonly found in expensive restaurants, but we sell them at a lower price while maintaining the same quality. The prices range from Rp 38,000 to Rp 47,000," Erika concluded.
