Exposed to Covid-19 While Pregnant with Second Child, Kartika Putri: Double Positive

In the midst of the joy of being pregnant with her second child, the wife of Habib Usman bin Yahya announced that she had just been exposed to covid-19. She shared this news directly on her personal instagram, Tuesday (22/2/2022).

Through her instagram, Kartika Putri asked for prayers from everyone to recover quickly and be free from covid-19. However, she admitted that she was quite relieved and lucky because out of all her family members, she was the only one who was infected.

"I'm positive for covid. Please pray for me and the baby. Alhamdulillah, all the other family members are negative and hopefully always healthy. Amen," wrote Kartika Putri on her instagram.

Kartika Putri added, the moment she was pregnant and also exposed to covid-19 is a moment of double positive. Not only praying for herself, this woman born on January 20, 1991 also gives encouragement to everyone who is currently struggling against covid-19.

"Alhamdulillah double positive.. Pregnant and unexpected, kopit!!!!! Please pray for me and the baby... Stay strong for those who are also fighting against this never-ending kopit," she said.

As known, Kartika Putri recently announced that she is pregnant with her second child. In a video she uploaded on TikTok on February 17, 2022, the popular figure, known as Karput, surprised her husband. 

In the approximately 40-second video, Habib Usman appeared confused and surprised to see Kartika Putri being excited on her own.

Shortly after, Kartika Putri showed an object to her husband. And when he saw that the object was a pregnancy test, Usman Bin Yahya burst into laughter.

The test indicated that Kartika Putri is pregnant. The husband couldn't hide his happiness and burst into laughter.

With this second pregnancy, Kartika Putri asked her husband to get used to calling their first daughter, Khalisa, with the title 'sister' instead of 'little sister'. 

"MasyaALLAH tabarakALLAH.. Alhamdulillah @khalisaworld has learned to be called sister Khalisa.. not baby anymore.. hehe.." writes Kartika Putri.
