Jonathan Frizzy Appeals for Child Support of Rp 30 Million Per Month, Dhena Devanka Confused

Kapanlagi.com - Jonathan Frizzy has decided to appeal regarding the Rp 30 million per month child support for his child with Dhena Devanka. The actor, who is affectionately called Ijonk, is confused because when Dhena Devanka filed the lawsuit, she did not include a custody claim for the child, but she got it.

Regarding the child support, Dhena feels confused because when they were still married, she received a larger amount of child support than the decision issued by the South Jakarta Religious Court judge. Why is Ijonk now objecting to providing it for the children.

1. Lawyer who filed a lawsuit

"Actually, this is how it is, my lawyer filed a lawsuit for 50 million, but the judge approved 30 million and I have provided evidence that for the past 9 years I have been given a certain amount per month, so maybe it will be seen that the approval of 30 million is enough for the children," said Dhena when met in the area of Jalan Kapten Tendean, Mampang, South Jakarta, Monday (21/2).

"I think the father should make an effort to fulfill the needs of his children, regardless of everything being fully taken care of by me, I want the children to have their own savings. So they do have savings books and every month there is money in there for whatever they need, whether it's for snacks or their birthdays," she continued.

2. Smaller Than the Lawsuit

Although smaller than her lawsuit, Dhena admitted to being satisfied with the decision. She hopes that Ijonk also accepts the decision with an open heart.

"If you ask if I'm satisfied, definitely satisfied, that's why I said everything, hopefully it will be accepted gracefully," she concluded.

3. Officially Divorced

The marriage between Jonathan Frizzy and Dhena Devanka, which had been going on since May 27, 2012, had to end after the South Jakarta Religious Court granted Dhena Devanka's divorce lawsuit.

"Praise be to God for today's divorce trial decision. The result is the best for my divorce lawsuit," said Dhena Devanka after the trial at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Thursday (17/2).

4. Grateful

Dhena Devanka is grateful, the lengthy divorce process has finally come to an end. She admits that she feels relieved even though her status has now changed to a widow.

"Although the process was quite exhausting, lasting for six months, I am grateful to the legal team. I also want to thank my mother who has been providing endless support," said Dhena Devanka.

5. Focus on Raising Children

The end of her divorce process with the man affectionately called Ijonk has allowed Dhena Devanka to focus more on raising her three young children.

"And also so that my mother can stay healthy and live a long life to accompany me in raising my grandchildren," Dhena Devanka emphasized.
