Raisa Andriana and Hamish Daud officially divorced after 8 years of marriage. The judges of the Religious Court have struck the gavel and granted the divorce petition filed by the singer of the song Mantan Terindah.

Before the judges decided in absentia, Hamish was known to have missed several divorce hearings. Actor Hamish Daud was again not seen at the follow-up divorce hearing against his wife, Raisa, at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Monday (1/12/2025).

Meanwhile, Raisa as the plaintiff was present in person accompanied by her attorney. After officially separating, both agreed to co-parent their only daughter, Zalina.

Raisa and Hamish still maintain good communication for the sake of their daughter. As parents, both are trying to ensure that the impact of the divorce does not burden their child too much.

In the divorce hearing at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Monday (1/12/2025), the agenda was the evidence presentation from Raisa's side.

In this trial, Raisa's side not only brought written evidence but also presented two witnesses to strengthen their lawsuit. "The witnesses included her brother, named Aldi. And also, what should I say, not an employee, but a family collaborator, a caretaker, named Linda," said Putra Lubis.

Amid the divorce process, there are allegations of infidelity. However, Hamish has dismissed these rumors. Raisa's lawyer firmly stated that the circulating infidelity rumors are baseless.
