The man affectionately known as Arik said that initially his children asked to go on a trip abroad. Then, the 50-year-old man suggested that they first obtain passports.

"Following the children's wishes, since last year, when my child wanted to travel abroad, especially for Umrah, I said go ahead if you want but you must have a passport," Arik said in Jakarta some time ago.

However, because Arik's children are still under 17 years old, they must include the signature of both parents as a letter of introduction to make a passport at the Immigration Office.

"So my problem is not a problem, I just can't get the passport processed for the children because they are still underage and need the signature of both parents. So I said, just persuade your mother, why won't she give it," said Arik.

2. Handed Over to Legal Counsel

Unfortunately, Tsania Marwa refused to sign for her children to be able to make passports. That's why Arik and the children's intention to perform Umrah has not been fulfilled until now.

Various ways have been tried by Atalarik to persuade his ex-wife to provide the signature, but always failed. Finally, Arik handed it over to the legal counsel to find a solution for this problem.

"As for the consultation regarding Mr. Arik's desire to take his children for Umrah but there is an obstacle regarding the permission to make passports," said Kanjeng, Arik's legal counsel.

3. Will Send a Summons

The first step to be taken is to hold a consultation with Tsania Marwa. If it still doesn't work, a summons will be sent.

"Because the child is under 17 years old, but because there is an internal issue, we need to make an effort to consult, otherwise we will send a summons," he concluded.
