Failed Mediation, Sexy Goath Parties Request to Meet Juliette Angela Again

Kapanlagi.com - The mediation hearing between Juliette Angela and Reynaldo Martin Diyo alias Sexy Goath did not produce any results, meaning their divorce case will continue at the South Jakarta District Court. In response to this, Sexy Goath's party gave a statement.

"Actually, my hope is to request to meet again. Because I requested it during the first hearing. In the first mediation, Jlo was absent, right? Today, in the third hearing, my client is absent," said Deddy DJ, Sexy Goath's legal representative at the South Jakarta District Court, on Tuesday (16/7/2024).

Deddy added that he hopes to be given another chance before entering the realm of litigation or divorce is decided.

"Actually, I asked for time to give one more chance before entering the realm of litigation or before the divorce is decided. Why? So that there is a moral from the court, at least they have tried to unite them," said Deddy DJ.

Deddy is worried that Juliette's decision to sue for divorce is based on emotional conditions.

Nevertheless, he still respects whatever decision is made in the divorce trial process.

"That's what is concerning. However, whatever it is, today the mediation trial is already deadlocked. Whatever it is, we still follow. We still respect the process conveyed by the mediator to us," he said.

He emphasized that his party will continue to follow this divorce trial process in the future. The divorce trial between Sexy Goath and Juliette Angela will continue with the agenda of presenting evidence from the petitioner.

"So next week we will have a trial on the substance of the case. The plaintiff may prove, argue what they have stated in their lawsuit," said Deddy.
