The failure to get his car back did not break Andre Taulany's spirit. He plans to use the money from selling his car to pay the down payment for a piece of land located behind Raffi Ahmad's house.

Since it is still located within the same complex, Raffi Ahmad will become Andre Taulany's neighbor if he does buy the land. This was realized by Nagita Slavina after learning about Andre's plan.
