Celebrity couple Fairuz A Rafiq and Sonny Septian share their experiences regarding their family's health condition ahead of Ramadan and Eid. Last year, this small family faced a tough test due to illness, which forced them to celebrate Eid al-Fitr in the hospital. Read more below!
"Alhamdulillah now Sonny is healthy, he can fast smoothly. Last year, Eijaz and I were sick and hospitalized before Eid, and we had to celebrate Eid in the hospital," said Fairuz when met in the Kapten Tendean area, Mampang, South Jakarta, Tuesday (4/3/2025).
Fairuz expressed her big hope that this Ramadan will be full of blessings and that all family members will be given good health. "Hopefully, we can stay healthy, be granted smoothness, everyone is healthy, and can celebrate Eid at home with family," she added.
Sonny Septian also acknowledged that maintaining health is their top priority. He and Fairuz strive to maintain their diet and rest to keep their stamina up while observing fasting.
In addition, the couple also admitted to being more selective in managing their daily activities. Sonny mentioned that Ramadan is a moment to focus more on worship and family togetherness.
Not only that, Fairuz also shared how she and her family are now paying more attention to nutritious food intake to maintain their immune system. This is done so that they can fast without obstacles.
"We also learned from last year's experience. Celebrating Eid in the hospital doesn't feel good. So, now we are really maintaining a healthy lifestyle," explained Fairuz.
Fairuz also feels grateful for Sonny's health, which has now fully recovered. According to her, her husband's fit condition makes this Ramadan atmosphere more festive.
On the other hand, Sonny hopes that his children can also enjoy the moments of Ramadan with joy. He wants this Ramadan to be a happy moment for the whole family.
