Father Angger Dimas Hopes Defendant Yudha Arfandi is Sentenced as Severely as Possible: At Least the Death Penalty

Kapanlagi.com - Father Angger Dimas, Agus Riyanto, also attended the trial of defendant Yudha Arfandi for the case of the death of his grandson, Raden Andante Khalif Pramudityo alias Dante, held at the East Jakarta District Court on Thursday (11/7/2024). Agus Riyanto hopes that defendant Yudha Arfandi is sentenced as severely as possible. In fact, he wants Yudha Arfandi to be sentenced to death.

"Yes, as severely as possible, at least the death penalty. But in our country, our country does not implement the death penalty," said Agus Riyanto at the East Jakarta District Court on Thursday (11/7/2024).

"Maybe a life sentence. Anyway, the most severe punishment for my grandson," continued Agus Riyanto.

1. Not Caring About the Perpetrator's Face

Present at the trial, Agus did not pay attention to the figure of Yuda Arfandi sitting in the chair in front of the judges. Because, he doesn't really care about the defendant's face, and only demands that this case be processed fairly.

"I didn't see it clearly, because I don't care what his face looks like. What's important is that I demand the law to be upheld as firmly as possible, because I have suffered a lot," he said.

2. Considering Today's Trial Good

Agus welcomes the progress of today's trial. Moreover, after hearing that the Public Prosecutor rejected the defendant's exception and requested that this case continue.

"Good, because earlier they also rejected the exception submitted by the defendant, then there was an interim decision. It's okay, I acknowledge the court's openness," he said.

3. No Apology Request from the Defendant

Agus stated that until now there has been no apology request from the defendant.

"There is none, absolutely none. Well, I don't even know him. Only two days before he was killed, Dante was still with me. That afternoon I still took him to his tutoring class, I picked him up," concluded Agus Riyanto.
