Father Passes Away, Ryuji Utomo Loses a Heroic Figure

Kapanlagi.com - The grief is still enveloping the family of footballer Ryuji Utomo. On Tuesday (1/9/2020) night, his father had just passed away. This news was directly conveyed by Shabrina Ayu's husband.

Through his Instagram, this 25-year-old man expressed his grief over the departure of his father.

"Innalillahi wa innaillaihi rajiun. Our beloved father, Adi Prabowo bin Wartono Kadri, has returned to the mercy of Allah on Tuesday, September 1, 2020, at 10:46 AM," wrote Ryuji Utomo on his Instagram story.

"May the good deeds and prayers of the deceased be accepted by Allah SWT. Please forgive him for all his sins," he continued.

1. Sick for 20 Years

Ryuji Utomo also wrote a story about his late father who fought his illness for 20 years. Even during that time, he never complained and always remained patient. 

"Goodbye, my hero. The person who taught me the meaning of struggle in life, fighting illness for 20 years without ever complaining and always smiling patiently," wrote the Persija defender.

"The person who first took me to soccer practice and always supported me amidst his pain," he continued. 

2. Always a Motivation

For Ryuji himself, his father had a great influence on his life. Moreover, his late father was someone who fully supported what he did. 

"My late father will always be my motivation to continue fighting and always work hard to achieve success. Dad, thank you for all the struggles in your life and all the inspiration you have given. May you rest in peace by His side," he explained. 

"I promise to keep fighting," he emphasized.
