"As Sarwendah's legal representative, we came to the South Jakarta District Court to request clarification from the court because there was information circulating yesterday that Sarwendah filed a lawsuit," said Chris on Friday (3/5/2024).

"We strongly reject it and we have received confirmation from the Deputy Chairman of the South Jakarta District Court that there has never been a lawsuit against RO. So it's a big mistake," he added.
One of the reasons Sarwendah asked her legal counsel to request clarification from PN Jaksel is because she feels disturbed by the news. Moreover, she never filed a lawsuit against Ruben Onsu.
"Why did we come to the Court? Because this news has disturbed our client. Our client sees that there is no intention to file a lawsuit against RO. But the news that is being conveyed is that our client is the one suing," he said.
In addition, Sarwendah does not want any impression that could be misinterpreted by her children if such news continues to circulate. She is worried that it will affect the growth and development of her children.
"What is feared, first of all, what is feared is that our client's children can already see the news, so she doesn't want her children to receive incorrect information, that their mother is suing their father," explained Chris.
"That is not pleasant to hear for our client. Our client is focused on how to take care of the children and strive to be a good wife. So if it is changed again, the news that our client is suing, there is no time to think about (suing). So we can say that it is a hoax and not true," he concluded.
