Feeling Tired of Being Defamed, Teddy Asks for the Help of 10 Lawyers to Handle Lina Jubaedah's Inheritance

Kapanlagi.com - Teddy Pardiyana mentioned that the process of handling the inheritance of the late Lina Jubaedah for their children has been delayed due to the coronavirus outbreak. Despite previously preparing a team of lawyers to assist him with the matter, Teddy had to postpone it.

Teddy Pardiyana also stated that he fully entrusted the matter of inheritance rights to his legal counsel. He admitted that he no longer wants to deal with the inheritance because he is tired of constantly being defamed with false news regarding the inheritance of his late ex-wife, Sule.

"I don't know, I have handed everything over to the lawyers. I'm tired of being defamed, cornered, and facing negative news. But I take the lesson from it, I learn to be more patient and wise," Teddy said when contacted on Wednesday (15/4) afternoon.

In fact, Teddy appointed 10 legal representatives to help him manage the inheritance from Lina Jubaedah to their children. He also explained why he asked for the assistance of a team of 10 lawyers.

"Actually, I got lawyer advocate Mr. Muhammad Alinurdin, but he has 9 assistants, so if Mr. Alinurdin is busy, maybe one of them can delegate the tasks," said Teddy.

2. Duties of the Lawyers

Teddy also explained the duties of his 10 lawyers. He mentioned that each of them has important tasks.

"Their duties are to expedite the assets to reach the deceased wife's children, which is quite burdensome. Then there are those who handle blocking from the sidelines because there are parties who want to claim a share even though it is not their inheritance. And I want to focus on my baby nephew, so I delegate all my affairs to be managed through legal channels for a conducive environment," he explained.
