Kapanlagi.com - The divorce trial of Nindy Ayunda and Askara Parasady Harsono was held again at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Wednesday (10/1). The mediation session was only attended by their respective lawyers.
"The mediation agenda has been completed. The result of the mediation is that the divorce lawsuit remains. Nindy still files for divorce, but the hearing will continue on February 17," said Nindy's lawyer, Herman Y Simarmata.
Herman Y Simarmata also explained the reason why Nindy couldn't attend the divorce hearing this time because she has been sick for three days.
"Today Nindy can't attend because she's not feeling well, so we're replacing her in accompanying the mediation agenda," he said.
"Fever, just need rest, not going to the hospital. (I) don't know personally. About three days ago, she informed us. We didn't meet, just information by phone, maybe exhausted," he continued.
Through her legal representative, Nindy expressed her desire to proceed with the divorce from Askara.
"So (Nindy) only conveyed the message to remain in her position to file for divorce. We don't know the other party's (Askara) decision, but Nindy remains. So the judge's decision from the mediation result is to proceed with the divorce," said Herman Y Simarmata.
Currently, Nindy is only focused on her divorce lawsuit, while other lawsuits such as child custody and joint assets will be discussed further.
"Maybe at the moment, she is focused on filing for divorce, and later if there are joint asset claims, it will continue, including child custody," he concluded.
