First Idul Adha Without Ashraf Sinclair, BCL Still Celebrates with a Smile Together with Noah

Kapanlagi.com - Idul Adha moment is always a happy moment for Muslims, including Bunga Citra Lestari. Yes, even though she spent this Idul Adha without her husband, she still celebrated it with a smile.

At least that's what we know from her Instagram post last Saturday (1/8). She appeared in a photo with her beloved son, Noah Sinclair. They also wore matching blue and white outfits.

In the post, BCL and Noah wish their followers a happy Eid al-Adha. "Wish you and your loved ones have a blessed Eid," wrote the singer of the song 12 Tahun Terindah.

She and Noah both smiled widely. The post was immediately flooded with comments from netizens. BCL was not the only one who prayed for, one of them was the famous designer Didiet Maulana. He prayed for BCL and Noah's health always.

2. Missing Ashraf's Family

Not only did she upload a photo with her son, BCL also took a photo with her family during the Eid prayer moment. She also expressed how much she missed her late husband Ashraf's family in Kuala Lumpur.

"Family is a life jacket in the stormy sea of life.. ~JK. Rowling~. Missing my KL family @dida_sinclair @marmalademagician @aishahjennifer @adamyousofunny @yuna," wrote the woman who is usually called Unge.

3. Back to Creating

Unge's resilience after Ashraf's departure is so evident. At least, she has returned to creating. On July 19, 2020, BCL released her first song after Ashraf's departure titled 12 Tahun Terindah (12 Beautiful Years). This is BCL's honest expression of her loneliness and confusion facing the days without her husband.

4. Confusion Facing a New Day

"This song tells the story of my confusion facing the new days. When life changes so quickly, without warning, and whether we like it or not, we have to keep going," said BCL in a press release received by Kapanlagi, Monday (20/7).
