From Disliking Social Media to Making a Living, Fahmi Bo Admits to Living from TikTok Live

Fahmi Bo honestly admits that currently, his main job is doing live broadcasts on TikTok. From there, he earns money to meet his daily needs, from paying rent to buying electricity tokens.

"Sorry, that's all I can do, that's my job, what I can do. Just sitting here, like this, I go live, I sing," said Fahmi Bo when met at his home on Thursday (7/8/2025).

This actor, who was popular in the 90s, has a principle in 'working' on TikTok. He never openly asks for gifts from his viewers. He only tries to entertain by interacting or singing if the conditions allow.

"What’s important is that I don’t ask for gifts. I just read comments, if I have time, and if my voice is strong enough, I sing," he explained.

Every income he earns from TikTok is something he is very grateful for and manages well. He saves it little by little to ensure his basic needs are met.

"I save it, I save it slowly, so that I can pay for rent, pay for electricity, and for laundry," he said.

Ironically, Fahmi admitted that he used to be someone who was not interested in the world of social media. He didn't even know anything about TikTok until circumstances forced him to learn and utilize it.

"I didn't know what TikTok was, I didn't understand. I used to not like social media, I only knew Facebook back then," he recalled.
