From Just Enjoying Food, Safira Crespin Now Dives into the Culinary World with a Menu Full of Salted Egg

Kapanlagi.com - Safira Crespin decided to venture into the business world and open a culinary business called Dakie Dak. Dakie Dak is a restaurant that provides various dishes made from duck.

Safira Crespin and Idea Food Fest opened the first Dakie Dak outlet in the Margonda Raya area, Depok, West Java, on Sunday (23/5). Safira said that initially she only enjoyed tasting Indonesian food until her journey of enjoying various Indonesian cuisines was uploaded on YouTube.

1. Culinary Business

"This is the first branch in Depok. There are already seven outlets throughout Indonesia. Instead of just a hobby of eating, why not venture into the culinary business," said Safira Crespin accompanied by Valentino Ivan from Idea Food Fest.

The former girlfriend of actor Endy Arfian reasoned that she opened Daki Dak because she had not found salted egg duck menu in many restaurants that sell duck. She has also found salted egg duck menu, but not with Indonesian taste.

2. The Right Mixture

"Finally, I found the right mixture, delicious, and enjoyable, not just chili sauce and liwet rice. This Dakiedak really has the taste of Indonesia," said Safira Crespin.

Meanwhile, Valentino Ivan chose to collaborate with Safira Crespin because of her courage in bringing out the Indonesian taste in her business. Therefore, he believes that his business will be liked by the people.

3. Months in the Making

"His nationalism spirit is high, the cooking taste is also delicious, and different. The menu that he releases has been planned for months," said Valentino Ivan.

"With this, hopefully, it can bring Indonesian food to be accepted in the international market," he concluded.
