Well, to manage the existence of his basketball team for further development, Raffi Ahmad pays attention to the management structure of Rans Simba Basketball. Husband of Nagita Slavina, he collaborates with Gading Marten to be involved with his team, KLovers.

Gading Marten has been entrusted to become the president of the Rans Simba Basketball team. Meanwhile, Norman Sebastian will also be involved in managing the club. Raffi Ahmad himself serves as the Chief Commissioner of Rans Simba Basketball, KLovers.

1. Raffi Ahmad Continues Leadership in His Basketball Team

Raffi Ahmad handed over the leadership position of his basketball team to his friend, Gading Marten.

"Because the basketball team has shone brightly in the past two seasons, I am handing over the leadership baton to my neighbor, Gading Marten," said Raffi Ahmad during the inauguration of Rans Simba Basketball at Fullbelly Sports in Bogor Regency, West Java, on Monday (11/12/2023).

The father of Rafathar and Cipung admitted that he needs to continue the journey of his basketball team with a collaborative concept involving all parties. This is aimed at achieving success together.

"I think collaboration is the trend now. So, Gading, Norman Sebastian, and I are collaborating to advance Indonesian basketball," said Raffi Ahmad.

3. From Foe to Friend

Meanwhile, Gading Marten welcomes Raffi Ahmad's invitation, so he is willing to join to continue the Rans Simba Basketball team.

"We used to be opponents, now we're friends. I'm happy to finally be able to walk together for Indonesian basketball," said Gading Marten.

4. Teaming Up with Three Foreign Players

Raffi also recruited more than three players from abroad, as well as several professional players from the homeland. He considers the composition of his team's players to be very good for facing the Indonesia Basketball League (IBL) 2024.

"In basketball, I believe success is not because of one person, it's because of the team. Our success is because we're tired together. Looking at the team, it has the aura of Aura Kasih," explained Raffi Ahmad.

"I believe in providing a different kind of love for IBL," he added.

"I see the players as safe for IBL 2024, I'm sure we will give the best results," added Gading Marten.

5. IBL Target

After two seasons of achieving the top five, Raffi Ahmad sets a new target for his basketball team to achieve new achievements.

"The target for IBL 2024 is to be in the top three or even become the champion, so that Gading Marten gets confused," said Raffi Ahmad.
