Fuji's Portrait Visits South Jakarta Police for Consultation, Ready to Report Alleged Embezzlement by Colleague

Fujianti Putri, or Fuji, visited the South Jakarta Metro Police on Thursday (20/3/2025). She arrived with her attorney, Sandy Arifin, to discuss allegations of embezzlement committed by her colleague.

Sandy explained that the purpose of this meeting was to ensure the completeness of evidence before filing an official report. He emphasized that if the evidence is sufficient, the report will be made on the same day. Check out the full details below!

"Yes, the agenda today is to continue with some evidence for consultation first, and if it's complete, we might make the report today," said Sandy Arifin at the South Jakarta Metro Police on Thursday (20/3/2025).

According to Sandy, the alleged embezzlement is related to a business collaboration that Fuji has been involved in. He mentioned that although Fuji has completed his work, the payment that was supposed to be received has not been given at all.   "So there might be a coworker who has a collaboration with Fuji and he has carried it out, but until now there has been no payment at all," he said.

Sandy confirmed that legal action has begun to be taken by sending a formal notice to the relevant parties. He revealed that the first notice has been sent, but so far there has been no response from the suspected perpetrator.   "Yesterday we sent the notice. Just once, but there has been no answer; maybe later it will be necessary to send the next notice," Sandy said.

If the summons still does not receive a response, Fuji plans to take further legal action. Her attorney mentioned that they are still considering sending a follow-up summons before actually reporting the case to the police.

"If the investigators are still waiting for the next summons, we might reschedule to file the report. But if today is sufficient, we will file the report today," said Sandy.

Fuji herself admitted that she has tried to wait for good faith from the concerned party. She feels disappointed because her efforts to communicate have not received a response, and that party continues to change contact information to make it difficult to reach them.

In addition, Fuji also revealed that this case involves more than one person. She mentioned the involvement of a third party and her former manager in this matter.

Fuji admitted that she was already aware that the brand that collaborated with her had made full payment. She regretted that despite having completed her work, the payment did not reach her.

"Actually, it's not as big as yesterday, but it is related to what happened yesterday. I was actually waiting for good faith, but she kept changing her WhatsApp and couldn't be contacted. So, yes, I'll just use legal channels if possible," said Fuji.

Furthermore, Fuji emphasized that she will take legal action to ensure that this issue can be resolved fairly. She hopes this case can soon find clarity so that her rights can be restored.   "Actually, it's like the third party, the second party, and my former manager. I’ve actually known for a long time that the brand parties have paid in full. I have also uploaded and completed the work, but it just disappeared," Fuji stated.
