Gabriella Larasati Reports Police Threatening to Spread Pornographic Video of Herself

Kapanlagi.com - Artist Gabriella Larasati made a police report at Polda Metro Jaya on February 11, 2021. She reported social media accounts that threatened to spread a pornographic video of herself.

The police acted quickly and apprehended the suspect with the initials YS. The suspect has now been declared a suspect.

"The account @yudhi.s03 belongs to the suspect with the initials YS. The cyber investigation team then conducted an investigation into the account based on the police report made by Ms. GL. After the investigation, the perpetrator was located in North Sumatra, in the city of Medan," said the Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya, Police Commissioner Yusri Yunus during a press conference on Thursday (25/3/2021).

1. Perpetrator Makes Threats

According to Yusri, the perpetrator made threats and extortion against Gabriella with the motive of wanting to get money.

"The person in question threatened to extort. 'If you don't send the money, I will spread this video, but if you pay, I will delete this video,'" Yusri imitated the perpetrator's words when making threats to Gabriella Larasati.

"The motive of the suspect YS is just mischief, because he has seen and knows that someone has tried and succeeded, he is just playing around, who knows if it can work," said Yusri.

2. Threat of 6 Years in Prison

YS was arrested in Medan, Saturday (20/3/2021). For his actions, YS is charged under Article 27 in conjunction with Article 45 of the ITE Law with a threat of 6 years in prison and a fine of Rp 1 billion.
