Gading Marten Invites Enzy Storia and Acha Septriasa to Play in Web Series 'Online Confessions'

Kapanlagi.com - Let's go! Entertainment, a digital media initiated by Gading Marten and Raffi Ahmad, presents an original webseries titled 'Curhat Online' which tells the story of startup employees who are forced to work from home due to the corona pandemic.

Through this webseries, Let's go! Entertainment wants to provide entertainment for people who are also working from home. 'Curhat Online' can be watched on the Kuy Entertainment YouTube channel from May 15th to May 20th. There are two episodes airing every day at 3 pm and 7 pm.

"Yes, we want to find an idea that is really related to the current situation. Not only to entertain but also to have a moral message because it was made during the pandemic and Ramadan month," said Gading Marten in a recent press conference via zoom.

1. Challenges of Shooting Web Series at Home

Directed by Ryan Monoarfa and written by Stephany Josephine (Teppy), this web series was recorded remotely via video call using the Zoom application. The cast also used their personal cameras at their respective homes.

“The biggest challenge is definitely the internet connection. But luckily, the cast members are very professional. They not only act, but also shoot the scenes themselves. Even though I direct them, they also have additional cameras. So when I say 'camera roll', they roll it themselves. If I need something moved, they move it themselves,” explained Ryan Monoarfa.

‘Curhat Online’ stars Gading Marten as Nadif, the Human Relation, Acha Septriasa as Saski, the Employee Relations, Enzy Storia as Mira, the Business Development Manager, Sultan Djorghi as Rama, the Account Manager, Cantika as Aras, the Data Scientist, and Fachri Albar as Adjie, the Operations Manager, who is married to Nisa, played by Renata Kusmanto.

Acha Septriasa, who is currently living in Australia, is happy to be involved in this web series. “This is a rare opportunity for us to shoot during a pandemic. When I received this offer, I felt like no one had ever invited me before. The idea is simple yet practical. The process is very independent but it doesn't hinder this creative idea,” concluded Acha Septriasa.
