Kapanlagi.com - Influencer Gaga Muhammad attended a trial for a traffic accident case at the East Jakarta District Court on Monday (10/1/2022). The trial was scheduled for reading the plea or defense note.
After the trial, Gaga Muhammad entrusted an open letter to his lawyer, Fahmi Bachmid. The letter was written by Gaga Muhammad with the title My Life Between the Power of Love and the Law.
"Gaga wrote an open letter addressed to several people, if allowed, I will read it from the first page to the last page," said Fahmi Bachmid at the East Jakarta District Court on Monday (10/1/2022).
"For those who have been hurt and spread slander, for those who still have open eyes and hearts, for friends, media colleagues. I will not read the next pages," added Fahmi Bachmid.

Read by Fahmi Bachmid, there are several points conveyed by Gaga Muhammad in his open letter.
"He only conveys a message to those who still have open minds and also to those who have hated him by blindly interfering in this trial by forming such opinions and slandering me how evil I am," said Fahmi.

In the open letter, Gaga writes to someone who has closed their eyes and to those who have spread slander about him.
"I show this open letter to those who have closed their eyes, to those who have been hurt and who have slandered. I remind you not to dance on the suffering of Laura Anna's family with social climbing and seeking the spotlight by spreading her ashes on social media, which has caused Laura Anna to not rest in peace in her death," said Fahmi.

Fahmi admits that he doesn't know who the open letter by Gaga Muhammad is addressed to.
"I don't know who it is addressed to. Only those who feel it can feel it," said Fahmi.

In this open letter, Gaga Muhammad also wrote an apology and prayed for those who have hated him.
"I apologize and at the same time pray that my haters are guided by Allah," concluded Fahmi.

Laura Anna is said to be negligent for not wearing a seatbelt properly. This negligence is considered to have worsened Laura's injuries compared to Gaga's.
"The victim was negligent in using the seatbelt during the accident. As it is mandatory to use a seatbelt, the victim only used the upper part while the lower part around the abdomen was not fastened," said Gaga Muhammad.
