One of the highlights of Nadya Mustika's second marriage is the absence of her family and biological mother, KLovers. Various speculations have emerged. However, Nadya Mustika finally spoke up to clarify.

1. Placed in an Orphanage

When she was a guest on the FYP TV program last Friday (8/12/23), Nadya Mustika spoke up about the news of her biological parents not attending her second wedding. Nadya revealed that since she was a child, she had been placed in an orphanage by her mother. She even rarely met her biological mother and family.

"I was actually adopted when I was three days old. I even lived in an orphanage for 10 years. I was raised by my adoptive parents and the caretakers at the orphanage. I also attended midwifery school there," Nadya said.

2. Still Searching for Her Mother

Although Nadya rarely meets her biological mother, she still searches for her to seek her blessing for marrying Iqbal. She also did this when she was going to marry Rizki DA before.

However, Nadya was unable to find her mother's whereabouts in her search this time. She has tried various methods, including searching for contacts, social media accounts, and even going directly to Cianjur. However, the result was negative.

"I've been there, to Cianjur, but she's not there. There's no (phone communication either). I've searched but couldn't find her, they said she's abroad," Nadya said.

3. Only Visited by Her Mother Twice

Rarely meeting her mother, Nadya lives and grows up with her foster family. In fact, her mother only visited her twice, which was when Nadya had her akikah ceremony and when Nadya got married for the first time to Rizki DA in 2020.

"Basically, the first time I met her was when I was going to marry Iki (Rizki DA). My biological mother visited me when I was two weeks old for the akikah ceremony, and also when I got married (to Rizki DA) recently. At that time, my biological mother didn't come to the wedding, but I asked for permission to get married," she concluded.

Nevertheless, Nadya does not hold a grudge against her biological mother.
