Gisella Anastasia Admits Making a Hot Video with MYD While in Medan, Now Declared as a Suspect

Kapanlagi.com - The circulation of hot videos allegedly resembling several artists caused a sensation last November. One of those whose name was dragged into it is Gisella Anastasia. The video was then brought to the court and Gisel was examined. 

Now, Gisel has been named a suspect. According to the Head of Public Relations of the Jakarta Metro Police, Commissioner Pol Yusri Yunus, Gisel admitted to making the video while in Medan with a man identified as MYD.

1. Made in 2017

In addition to revealing that, Yusri also mentioned that the video was made in 2017.

"Ms. GA and Mr. MYD admitted that it was indeed them in the circulating video on social media. She admitted that it was herself and it happened around 2017 at a hotel in Medan," Yusri explained on Tuesday (29/12).

2. Becoming a Suspect

Gisel's confession is further strengthened by the examination of forensic and IT experts. Now, the beautiful singer and actress has been declared a suspect.

"Then now, from the case review conducted yesterday afternoon, the status of sister GA and brother MYD, who were previously witnesses, has been raised to suspects," Yusri continued.

3. Maximum 12 Years in Prison

Furthermore, Yusri stated how Gisel could face a maximum prison sentence of 12 years.

"We assume this based on Article 4 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 29 and/or Article 8 of Law Number 44 regarding pornography. (The threat of punishment is) 6 months or a maximum of 12 years in prison," Yusri explained.

4. Previously Clarified

Gisel has been questioned several times by the police. In her clarification, Gisel neither denied nor admitted anything. She only stated her support for the police process.

This case continues to progress legally. Before Gisel was declared a suspect, two video distributors had already been apprehended. Their files have been transferred to the prosecutor's office.
