"Of course he will be invited. Alhamdulillah, our relationship is very good until today, we are really close, like friends," said Melanie Putria when met in West Jakarta on Wednesday (26/1/2022).

1. Divorced in 2019

Melanie Putria officially divorced Angga in 2019. During their marriage with Angga, Melanie was blessed with a child named Sheemar Rahman Puradiredja. Although Melanie and Angga are now officially divorced, they still maintain a very good relationship as friends.

"Because from the beginning I was close to Mas Dico, I told everything to Angga. So every development process like yesterday when Mas Dico had surgery, I told Angga, he prayed for him. He also fully supports my marriage," she said.

Melanie admits that she has informed Angga that she will marry Aldico in Bali on February 12, 2022. However, Melanie also does not force Angga to attend the wedding event.

"I told him, but it's not like I'm inviting him and saying 'you have to come to my event,' it doesn't seem like that. But it's more like asking for blessings, asking for support from him, as Sheemar's father, he also has a contribution to pray," said Melanie Putria.

Meanwhile, Melanie Putria's future husband, Aldico, said it wouldn't be a problem if Angga came to the wedding event.

"The important thing is if he comes, there's no problem. The more people pray, hopefully the marriage will be more successful and harmonious," Aldico Sapardan concluded.
