Granted Custody of Children, Ari Wibowo Officially Divorces Inge Anugrah

Kapanlagi.com - Ari Wibowo and Inge Anugrah officially divorced after the Panel of Judges of the South Jakarta District Court decided through e-court, Wednesday (13/9/2023). In the verdict, the panel of judges granted the plaintiff's claim, which was Ari Wibowo.

"Declares the marriage between the Plaintiff and the Defendant, which took place on July 7, 2006, at the International English Service Church Jakarta, and was recorded by the Population and Civil Registry Agency of DKI Jakarta Province, as stated in Marriage Act Extract No. 448/JS/2006, dated July 7, 2006. Terminated due to divorce," said Djuyamto as the official statement received by Kapanlagi.com, Wednesday (13/9/2023).

1. Custody of Children Granted

Then, in the decision, Ari Wibowo was granted custody of both of his children. However, Ari still allowed Inge Anugrah to meet with their children.

"Kenzo Wibowo, male, born in Jakarta on February 2, 2008, and Marco Wibowo, male, born in Jakarta on June 18, 2009, are being cared for by the plaintiff (Ari Wibowo) and still granting the same rights to the defendant (Inge) as their mother to continue to meet and take them out whenever," he said.

"As long as it does not disrupt the school activities of the two children with the knowledge and consent of the plaintiff," he added.

2. Reporting Divorce

On that occasion, the South Jakarta District Court ordered Ari Wibowo as the plaintiff to report the divorce that occurred between him and Inge no later than 60 days from the date this decision has legal force to the South Jakarta Administration Population and Civil Registration Office. The report will be recorded as evidence of the divorce certificate.

"Ordering the plaintiff to report the divorce that occurred between the Plaintiff and Defendant no later than 60 (sixty) days from the date this decision has legal force to the South Jakarta Administration Population and Civil Registration Office to be recorded by the Civil Registration Officer at the South Jakarta Administration Population and Civil Registration Office in the Register of Divorce Certificates and to issue the Divorce Certificate," he concluded.

For information, Ari Wibowo and Inge Anugrah were married on July 7, 2006. From the marriage, they were blessed with two children, namely Kenzo Wibowo and Marco Wibowo. On April 3, 2023, Ari Wibowo filed for divorce at the South Jakarta District Court.
