"One of the things that amazed me is to imagine someone who has been diagnosed with cancer, going through his days with pain in his body, yet always smiling and making others smile as well," continued Habib Jafar.

So, it's not that we were close, but Alhamdulillah in his final days, in this last year, I could get to know him as a good person, so I feel a trust and responsibility to continue praying for him and spreading the goodness that he has shared," he expressed.

Furthermore, Habib Jafar revealed that in the last year of his life, Vidi was very focused on studying religious teachings. The husband of Sheila Dara Aisha often sent text messages to ask various things about the worship practices that he could still perform amidst all his physical limitations as a cancer survivor.

"In the end, we became closer, not through direct meetings but through contact, as he was truly dedicated to learning to improve himself and his relationship with Allah. He asked various questions about the worship practices he could perform with all his limitations, from sickness until the end of his life, he kept asking me," said Habib Jafar with a touching tone.
