Haji Faisal Speaks Out Regarding Fuji Being Caught Vaping, Gives Wise Message to His Daughter

Instagram celebrity Fujianti Utami Putri, better known as Fuji, suddenly became a topic of discussion after being seen using a vape during an Instagram live with her two friends, Rachel Vennya and Erika Carlina. This incident occurred while Rachel and Erika were video calling Fuji. Accidentally, Erika showed her phone screen just as Fuji exhaled the vapor from her e-cigarette.

The video then went viral on social media and sparked various reactions. Many questioned Fuji's habits, although many also defended her. Amidst this heated discussion, Haji Faisal, Fuji's father, provided his response regarding the incident.

Haji Faisal believes that what happened is not something that should be blown out of proportion. According to him, Fuji might just have been feeling bored at home, which led her to try that out.

"Yes, I think it doesn't need to be exaggerated, I don't know, maybe I'm just bored at home, it could be, sometimes we get bored at home but it's not too much, not excessive," said Haji Faisal in Tendean, South Jakarta, Wednesday (11/12/2024).

Haji Faisal explained that although he applies strict discipline rules, he cannot fully control Fuji. Moreover, Fuji now lives alone in her house.

"As for my rules, I still maintain strict discipline, but I have separated from my children, each of them has their own house and there are things I don't know," he said.

"At home I cannot control them and they also get bored doing certain tasks. Maybe she does something at home, I think I can't really forbid her too much," he added.

Haji Faisal also added that feelings of boredom often make someone do something to alleviate the monotony. According to him, this is normal as long as it does not cross the boundaries that should not be crossed. He feels that Fuji's friends should be able to look out for and remind each other.

"It's just that sometimes there are friends who don't seem right to me, they are not looking for something, I don't know what their purpose is, I also don't understand. If they are already friends, they should look out for each other," he said.

According to Haji Faisal, the friendship environment greatly influences a person's behavior. He hopes that Fuji's friends can have a positive influence, not the other way around.

"There is no perfect human in this world. Well, I am a bit disappointed with those people. When we are at home, what do we do? If we are at home, we should take care of each other," he said.

As a parent, Haji Faisal always gives wise advice to his children. He emphasizes the importance of thinking long-term before acting and maintaining the family's good name.

"My message is to always be careful, always be vigilant, and do not act emotionally; approach things with patience and think about the future. So whatever we do now, its implementation will be in the future. We must think, we must think far ahead," he said.

He also asked Fuji to maintain her attitude and consider the impact of every action taken. For him, maintaining the family's good name is very important. Haji Faisal hopes Fuji can learn from this experience and be more careful in the future. He also wants Fuji to keep her good intentions and continue to improve herself for a better future.

"Don't let us take the wrong step, don't let us do something that is not good for the future. For our children, for our future, take care of ourselves, take care of the environment, and take care of our parents' name, everything," he said.

"I still convey that to my children. But being human, we are not free from mistakes and weaknesses. So what's important is to keep all of that in mind, our intentions are good, our honesty is good," he concluded.
