Halilintar Anofial Asmid Agrees to Make Peace with Ex-Wife, His Reason is to Protect the Mental Health of the Children

Kapanlagi.com - Halilintar Anofial Asmid reported his second ex-wife named Happy Hariadi to the South Jakarta Metro Police in 2019. The report is related to allegations of neglect and discrimination committed by Halilintar towards their children.

After months of the case rolling, both parties decided to make peace. The reconciliation process was represented by their respective legal representatives because Halilintar was abroad while Happy was out of town.

"We have found a bright spot that the plaintiff and the defendant have agreed to make peace," said Rhaditya Putra Perdana, the legal representative of Halilintar, when met at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Friday (6/11/2020).

1. Protecting Children's Mental Health

The reasons for reconciliation are revealed in order to protect the mental health of the children from the marriage of Halilintar with Lenggogeni Faruk and Happy Hariadi. As is known, the children are still underage.

"So this is a request from the family so that the problem does not prolong. The goal of consensus is nothing but to protect the mental health of underage children," continued Rhaditya.

2. Not for Public Consumption

Regarding the next matter, Halilintar's lawyer, Anofial Asmid, does not want to elaborate. Therefore, his client's request is to keep the issue outside of peace as a private matter.

"As I mentioned before, this case involving the children should not be published. But there has been a declaration (reconciliation) as a public figure that, willingly or unwillingly, becomes public consumption. But there is also a right for certain parts not to be public consumption, like that. Because our client does not want to make enemies but wants to make relatives," said Rhaditya.
