Hana Hanifah Reportedly Detained in Medan for Online Prostitution Case, Lawyer Speaks Out

Kapanlagi.com - This morning, the entertainment world is buzzing with the news of the arrest of an artist with the initials HH. The actress, who is suspected to be Hana Hanifah, is being held by the Medan Police for an online prostitution case.

Regarding this alleged arrest, the police have only released the initials HH. However, Hana's lawyer, Machi Ahmad, who is handling the case of violence experienced by the actress, confirmed that his client is currently detained in Medan.

1. Support Hana

Machi also provides support to Hana who is currently in custody. Although he has not been appointed to handle this case, Machi still provides support as a friend.

"I understand what is currently happening to my client, sister HH. Basically, personally as her colleague, I will support HH and believe that the allegations reported quite sensational this morning are not true," said Machi when contacted by the media, Monday, (13/7).

2. Request for Hana to be Treated Fairly

Machi also requests that Hana be given her rights while in custody. Including being treated well when examined by the Medan City Police.

But for the case material, Machi cannot speak further because he has not been appointed to handle this case. "I have not received official authority for it. So I cannot give any statements, especially concerning the material of the case. But later, when I officially receive authority from HH, I will make sure to update the developments to fellow media," he added.

3. Machi Handles the Case of Violence against Hana

Until now, Machi has been Hana's legal representative in the case of violence committed by Atta Halilintar's ex-girlfriend, Nabila. Hana reported the case to the police on June 17th, while bringing evidence.

This case is still ongoing and under police investigation. Apparently, it has not been resolved yet, as Hana is said to have been arrested by the police for allegedly engaging in online prostitution.
