Artist Initials HH Arrested in a Hotel Room with a Man, Suspected of Involvement in Online Prostitution

HH was reportedly apprehended by authorities in a five-star hotel room. HH's arrest was carried out after the police received information about a prostitution case in Medan. According to the information, there is a procurer in Medan who provides prostitution services for artists from Jakarta.

1. Confirmed by the Police

The news of HH's arrest has been confirmed by the Medan City Police Chief, Commissioner Riko Sunarko, when asked for a statement on Monday (13/7/2020).

"Yes, the person in question was apprehended in one of the hotels in Medan. Currently, we are in the process of questioning them. So, based on the investigation a few days ago, we received information that there is a procurer offering artists for prostitution in Medan," said Commissioner Riko.

2. Arrested at Hotel

The police initially became suspicious when artist HH landed at Kualanamu Airport, Medan, on Sunday (12/7/2020). After arriving, HH was known to go straight to a hotel.

The police then went to the hotel where HH was staying. There, he was arrested while with a man inside the hotel room.

3. Case Still Under Investigation

After being apprehended, HH and the man were immediately taken to the Medan City Police. Both have undergone questioning.

"We are still investigating whether the case is indeed related to prostitution and whether this person is indeed an artist or not. We are still investigating further," he concluded.
