Hana Hanifah Reports Ex-Boyfriend Atta Halilintar to the Police, Charged with Assault and Threats

Kapanlagi.com - Influencer Hana Hanifah has reported her ex-boyfriend Atta Halilintar's named Nabilla Aprillya to the police. Hana charged Nabilla with two articles related to assault and threats.

"As legal representatives of Hana Hanifah, we have filed a police report accompanying our client. We reported under Article 351 of the Criminal Code regarding assault and Article 335 of the Criminal Code regarding threats to our client," said Machi Ahmad, met at the Jakarta Metropolitan Police, Gatot Subroto area, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (17/6/2020).

Hana Hanifah then explained the chronology of events that took place in a cafe in the early hours of Sunday (14/6/2020). Suddenly, Nabilla Aprillya poured water on her and slapped her without any clear reason.

"The incident happened on Sunday at a cafe in South Jakarta. At first, there was no problem, suddenly she poured water on me. When I asked why, she slapped me. And I reflexively pushed her. After that, we were separated. The cause is still unknown," said the girl who had been a guest host several times on the program Bedah Rumah (House Makeover).

2. Suddenly Reported

Shortly after the incident, it was said that Nabilla Aprillya invited Hana Hanifah to reconcile. However, it was unsuccessful because that night, out of the blue, Nabilla instead reported to the police under Article 352 regarding minor assault.

"NA, who initially invited my client to reconcile, turned out to have reported to the South Jakarta Police on Sunday. That's why I question the motive here," Machi continued.
