Rinni Wulandari Becomes Target of Bullying by Netizens, Creator of the Song 'Aku Bukan Boneka' Feels Uncomfortable

Kapanlagi.com - Youtuber Rahmawati Kekeyi Putri Cantika has just released her debut single titled Keke Bukan Boneka. The release has sparked controversy as there are parts that are similar to the song Aku Bukan Boneka created by Novi Umar and previously performed by Rinni Wulandari.

Because of this, Instagram accounts of Novi Umar and Rinni have been attacked by netizens. They claim that these two names, who have been prominent in the music industry, are intentionally social climbers in order to increase their popularity.

1. Apologize to Rinni

Due to bullying from netizens, Rinni Wulandari clarified that she is not what she was accused of. Novi Umar herself also felt uneasy.

"I have apologized to Rinni last night. 'Ni, I apologize if Rinni is disturbed because of this'. Because I know Rinni is not at fault. Actually, no one is at fault. Kekeyi is also not at fault, she doesn't know the song," said Novi when contacted by KapanLagi.com, Friday (5/6/2020).

2. Becoming an Asset of Sony Music

Furthermore, regarding the song Aku Bukan Boneka (I'm Not a Doll), it is no longer the concern of Novi Umar or Rinni Wulandari. Because the song that was once popular in its time has become an asset of Sony Music as a recording label. It does not belong to individuals.

"Kekeyi first contacted Rinni and Rinni said 'Kekeyi is wrong to apologize to me. Because I only sang the song, the songwriter is Novi Umar and the publisher is Sony Music'. Rinni said that, from the beginning Rinni was right," added Novi.

"Then Kekeyi DM'd me. As a human who never escapes from mistakes, I don't mind. I asked Kekeyi to contact someone from Sony so that it would be easier," he concluded.
