Hand Over Recording Evidence, Adam Deni Reveals Threatening Words from Jerinx SID to Him

Kapanlagi.com - Social media activist Adam Deni handed over evidence of a recorded conversation between him and Jerinx via telephone connection to the investigator of the Jakarta Metro Police, on Friday (30/7/2021). In the recorded conversation, Adam Deni said there was a threatening sentence from Jerinx that made him worried, so he had to report it to the police.

"(The duration of the conversation) is about 1 minute 30 seconds, which basically contains a threat with the sentence 'I will step on your head on the sidewalk'," said Adam Deni at the Jakarta Metro Police after handing over the evidence.

1. Advancing to the Investigation Stage

Adam Deni's report against Jerinx has advanced to the investigation stage after the police conducted an internal case review. Investigators found elements of a crime in Adam Deni's report. "It is very clear and has been stated to have criminal elements by the investigators," said Adam Deni.

It should be noted that the feud between Adam Deni and the drummer of the band Superman Is Dead started when Adam commented on Jerinx's Instagram account. Adam asked Jerinx to provide evidence of the list of Indonesian artists who were accused of receiving endorsements to admit being exposed to Covid-19.

2. Reprimanded

Instead of getting an answer, Adam was reprimanded by Jerinx. At its peak, Jerinx accused Adam as the mastermind behind the disappearance of his Instagram account. In fact, Adam admitted to receiving insults and threats from Jerinx via phone calls.

Not accepting it, Adam reported Jerinx to the Jakarta Metro Police with charges of threat of violence according to Article 335 of the Indonesian Penal Code and/or Article 29 jo Article 45B of Law No. 19 of 2016. After making the report, Jerinx apologized for his actions. However, Adam Deni refused to withdraw his complaint.
