Kapanlagi.com - Social media activist Adam Deni appreciates the steps taken by the investigators of the Jakarta Metro Police who have upgraded the status of their report against Jerinx SID from investigation stage to inquiry. "From my personal perspective, I am proud and appreciate the performance of the investigators of the Jakarta Metro Police," said Adam Deni at the Jakarta Metro Police, Friday (307/2021).
To obtain legal justice, Adam Deni hopes that their report will continue until it reaches the court. "Because I am just an ordinary citizen who exercises my right to demand justice to resolve this issue. Alhamdulillah, it has been upgraded to investigation. Hopefully, this process will continue," he added.

Adam Deni is at the Metro Jaya Police Headquarters to fulfill the summons to complete his report by submitting evidence of the alleged threat of violence committed by Jerinx.
"Today, I accompanied my client to fulfill the second summons, the agenda is only the submission of evidence. Of course, it is the recording of conversations that my client has recorded," said Machi Ahmad, Adam Deni's legal counsel.
It should be noted that the feud between Adam Deni and the drummer of the band Superman Is Dead started when Adam commented on Jerinx's Instagram account. Adam asked Jerinx to provide evidence of the list of Indonesian artists who were accused of receiving endorsements to admit being exposed to Covid-19.
Instead of getting an answer, Adam was scolded by Jerinx. At its peak, Jerinx accused Adam of being the mastermind behind the disappearance of his Instagram account. In fact, Adam claimed to have received insults and threats from Jerinx through phone calls.
Not accepting it, Adam reported Jerinx to the Metro Jaya Police with charges of threat of violence according to Article 335 of the Indonesian Penal Code and/or Article 29 in conjunction with Article 45B of Law No. 19 of 2016. After filing the report, Jerinx apologized for his actions. However, Adam Deni refused to withdraw his complaint.
