Kapanlagi.com - The name Kalista Iskandar suddenly went viral because she incorrectly mentioned the fifth principle of Pancasila during the grand final of Puteri Indonesia 2020. Criticism has been pouring in for this finalist from West Sumatra because of this.

However, this does not dampen Kalista's spirit to face her day. After the grand final of Puteri Indonesia ended, she uploaded a status on her personal Instagram Insta Story.

In her post, Kalista admitted that she will not give up. Nevertheless, she will remain spirited and proud of herself for reaching the grand final night of Puteri Indonesia 2020.

Kalista wrote her thoughts on Insta Story in English. She expressed gratitude for all the support given to her and admitted that she will remain confident.

"To everyone, thank you so much for the love and support that never ends throughout this journey. The biggest thing to take from tonight is that it's okay to be nervous as long as we continue and keep our heads held high and stay proud of ourselves. Whatever happens, I am still proud of myself and the steps I have taken so far," she wrote.

Despite facing criticism for not memorizing the fifth principle of Pancasila, Kalista feels that this is not the end for her. What she is going through is just a beginning, and she will not give up easily.

"This will be a lesson for me. This is not the end of my journey; it is just a beginning. Stay cautious, stay proud of yourself, and continue to be kind to one another," she concluded.
