Harvey Moeis is Called Full Smile When Attending the Tin Corruption Case Trial, Lawyer Says This

Kapanlagi.com - The husband of artist Sandra Dewi, Harvey Moeis is back attending the trial for the tin corruption case that allegedly caused the state to lose around Rp 300 trillion. At that moment, Harvey appeared neat in a white shirt.

In this trial, several witnesses were presented. After the trial, despite wearing a mask, Harvey Moeis appeared to be full of smiles or full smile.

Regarding this, his lawyer, Andi Ahmad Nur Darwin, claims that his client is indeed friendly. Nevertheless, he stated that Harvey Moeis is very serious about undergoing the legal process.

“(Harvey Moeis) is just friendly. But what is certain is from our client as I previously mentioned, our client is very serious in facing the trial," said Andi Ahmad Nur Darwin at the Jakarta Corruption Court, (2/9) Monday afternoon.

Andi Ahmad Nur Darwin also claims that it is only natural for Harvey Moeis to smile while in the courtroom. Moreover, he mentioned that the testimonies of the witnesses in the continuation of the tin corruption case earlier this week have the potential to benefit Harvey Moeis.

“So, the points that he feels have been sufficiently conveyed in the trial, I think it is normal for everyone to smile. But, the issue of what the verdict will be later depends on the conviction,” he said.

“The important thing is that today we have made maximum efforts to clarify the perceptions related to tin mining in Indonesia,” he concluded.
