Barry admitted that he had a premonition before his father's departure. This premonition was related to his father's birthday which also falls in the month of June.
"I had a premonition because his 74th birthday was approaching, usually when someone passes away it's close to their birthday or after," said Barry when found at the funeral home in Ciputat, on Tuesday (9/6/2020).

Barry also expressed his desire to celebrate his father's birthday, which falls on June 18th. Because of his intuition, he even prayed for his father to be able to celebrate his birthday with him. However, it seems that God had other plans.
"So I prayed for him to be able to be treated until June 18th. I wanted to celebrate his birthday, but it turns out it's today. So, oh well," he added.

Furthermore, Barry shared his last memories with his father. He mentioned that when they met on Saturday (6/6/2020), they still had the chance to have a meal together. He even said that his father seemed very enthusiastic while enjoying his meal. He also mentioned that the night before his father's departure, they still had a conversation via video call.
"We met on Saturday, I came here to have a meal with him, and he was excited to eat. Last night, we still had a video call. We had a long conversation last Sunday. Yesterday, he started losing consciousness. He had a dialysis schedule and was given a sedative, I thought it was the sedative's effect," he continued.
