Heri Horeh Has No Problem with Divorce, but Objects to Ryuka Bunga's Lawsuit

Kapanlagi.com - The divorce hearing between comedian Heri Horeh and Ryuka Bunga was held again at the Religious Court of Depok, West Java, on Monday (10/2/2025). The agenda for this hearing was mediation to find a middle ground regarding the divorce lawsuit filed by Ryuka Bunga. Both parties attended the hearing, although with different attitudes.

Ryuka Bunga arrived first without being accompanied by legal counsel. She indeed chose to go through the divorce process without a lawyer's assistance. Meanwhile, Heri Horeh arrived later and was accompanied by his legal counsel.

Lazulfa, the mediating judge in this hearing, stated that the mediation between Heri Horeh and Ryuka Bunga was partially successful. Both parties were cooperative and had reached several agreements.

1. Haven't Found a Bright Spot

"As for the mediation itself, thank God both parties were very cooperative, so this mediation is declared partially successful," said Lazulfa when met at the Depok Religious Court on Monday (10/2/2025).

However, there are several matters that have not found a bright spot. Therefore, the divorce process will continue to the next trial.

"This partial success means that there are matters that both parties agree to divorce, but there are also matters that have been agreed upon between both parties," he said.

The judge also confirmed that no further mediation will be conducted. Now, both Heri and Ryuka only need to prove themselves in court.

2. No Problem

"For now, there is none, the mediation has been declared like that so there will be no further mediation," he said.

Heri Horeh admitted that he does not have a problem with Ryuka Bunga's decision to separate. However, he feels aggrieved by the contents of the lawsuit filed by his wife.

"What makes me (disappointed) is the lawsuit, the contents of the lawsuit. Basically, I agree she wants to separate, what’s important is that the lawsuit is not as stated," said Heri.

Even though he could not save his marriage, he still feels aggrieved by some of the demands in the lawsuit.

"So indeed, if she wants to separate, it’s fine to separate, I just object to the demands," he said.

3. Choosing Silence

Heri was reluctant to detail the points of the lawsuit that disappointed him. He preferred to wait for the trial and prove his truth in court.

Unlike Heri, who made a statement to the media, Ryuka Bunga chose to remain silent. As soon as she left the courtroom, she hurried to her pickup car and refused to comment.

"Let Heri speak, sorry," she said while walking away.

Ryuka Bunga and Heri Horeh have been living apart since mid-2024. This separation occurred after Ryuka suspected infidelity in their marriage.

In June 2024, Ryuka posted a screenshot of a flirtatious conversation between Heri and a woman. From the conversation, it was revealed that Heri had resumed communication with someone from his past.
