Highlights Parade Wastra Nusantara 2025 Day 2, Story of Wastra - Performance by Christie

Kapanlagi.com - The second day of the Parade Wastra Nusantara 2025 was held in a festive and enthusiastic atmosphere. Carrying the theme "The Elegance of Wastra in Everyday Life", this annual event was held for three days at the Grand Atrium of Kota Kasablanka.

If on the first day visitors were treated to a Reog Ponorogo attraction and a fashion show, the second day featured a series of interesting discussions through the Story of Wastra session. The warm and interactive atmosphere allowed visitors to further appreciate the cultural values behind Indonesia's traditional fabrics.

1. Wastra Story with Findmeera

In this session, we tell the story of Findmeera's journey becoming stronger thanks to the support of BRI and the BUMN House BRI Jakarta. Through training, business mentoring, and quick and efficient financing, BRI helps Findmeera penetrate national and international markets. The highlight moment was when Findmeera dazzled at the Fimela x Indonesia Fashion Chamber (IFC) event, proving that the collaboration between creativity, cultural heritage, and banking support can produce works with a wide impact.

2. Learning Simple Makeup for Graduation

In this session, Makeup Artist (MUA) Fauzia Hanum shares the secrets to creating a fresh graduation look from morning to night, without feeling heavy on the skin. MUA Fauzia Hanum also applies the graduation makeup look on the face of Muse Wardah Nabila Ishma.

Fauzia Hanum also provides several simple makeup tips that can be tried by all participants present at the Nusantara Wastra Parade.

3. The Story of Wastra Roman Nuance and Mba Tumbas

Mba Tumbas and Roman Nuance share their stories as fashion content creators in the Wastra Story session. Not only do they want to share stories, but they also agree to inspire more people to be proud of wearing wastra in their daily lives.

"Many are shocked because they think wastra is usually worn for formal events, but this is starting to encourage many people to wear wastra in their daily activities. With contemporary OOTD pairs that still value wastra," said Mba Tumbas.

4. Appreciation for Best Dressed at Fimelahood

Fimelahood also participated in the Nusantara Wastra Parade. They wore their best wastra to join in the festivities. As a form of appreciation for the Fimela friends who attended, 2 best dressed were chosen to go on stage and receive exciting gifts from Fimela.

6. Christie's Performance at the Wastra Harmony

Closing the second day of the Archipelago's Textile Parade, Christie dazzled the audience by performing the song Seribu Kali Cinta, followed by a cover of Love by Keyshia Cole. She then performed Bertahan Hati, which tells a story about a toxic relationship, Love Again, a cover of RAN's Dekat di Hati, Walau Ku Jauh, a cover of NOAH's Separuh Aku, and closed with her song, Toxic. Each song was delivered with such emotion that the audience was drawn into the atmosphere.
