David Bayu Danangjaya, commonly known as David Naif or David Bayu, was born on August 29th, 1976 in Solo, Central Java. He works as a singer, model, presenter, and also a YouTuber.

He is married to a woman named Sheila Delila since 2000 and has two children named Audrey Davis (female) and Jason Davis Mahadhipa Neswara (male). Both of them have grown up now.

Career journey David Bayu began in 1994 when he became a graphic design student at the Jakarta Institute of Arts. That was the beginning of his meeting with his friends who later formed the band NAIF consisting of David Bayu (vocalist), Mohammad Amil Hussein (bassist), Franki Indrasmoro (drummer), Fajar Endra Taruna (guitarist), and Chandra Wirawan (keyboardist). One of their legendary songs titled POSESIF was also performed by him with Nabila Taqiyyah, who is now the runner-up of Indonesian Idol Season XII with a spectacular performance. 

During his 25-year career from 1995-2021, he and his bandmates produced 9 albums. Unfortunately, this band had to disband due to communication issues.
