"Reduced, not stopped, because you see, since corona I haven't been to the office, I enjoy working in my workspace near my swimming pool, at 6:30 the employees come just to give reports," said Hotman when met in the Grogol area, West Jakarta, Sunday (4/6/2025).
Hotman explained that he now prefers a relaxed atmosphere while working. Although he is still handling big cases, he coordinates with his team while relaxing at home. "I swim while thinking, hmm hmm suddenly, eh how about the case number so and so, my staff reports from the swimming pool, yeah I'm swimming again," he revealed.
He added that his home has been transformed into a center for various activities, from legal work to other businesses. "I only wear shorts, if you want to see me in sexy clothes, in swimwear, come to my house for my civil law lecture," said Hotman.
Not only that, Hotman admitted that he prefers to meet clients in cafes because the atmosphere supports creativity. "We are like Bruce Lee, already seniors in the legal field, anything given directly memorized," said Hotman proudly sharing his experience.
After recovering from illness, he now pays more attention to his health. One of the ways is by avoiding things that could disturb his liver condition.
"The only restriction is to reduce alcohol. Because as soon as we drink alcohol, the liver gets shaken, it dances along," he explained.
In addition, morning exercise has now become his new habit. Hotman even takes the time to give legal lectures as a form of public education. "I exercise now, I walk every morning. Because I was bored, that's why I give legal lectures, one of them is about this RK," he said.
He still has to undergo further examinations, including an endoscopy in Singapore to ensure that his condition is truly recovered.
