"So the challenge when meeting this trio is to honestly hold back my laughter," said Mawar de Jongh in Senayan, Central Jakarta, Wednesday (10/08/2025).

Onadio Leonardo even joked that playing the role of a nosy neighbor doesn't require a difficult character study. "When I got it from Mr. Andi, 'ah well, no need to teach me'," joked Onad.

On the other hand, screenwriter Evelyn Afnilia explained that the challenge is to weave a viral story into a complete film script. She chose to focus on the theme of struggle, not only from Albi and Shella but also from the people around them.

"The focus is on the struggle. And this struggle is not just from Albi and Shella but also from the support system they have, I think that's interesting," Evelyn explained.

5. Mawar's role is more difficult

Director Dinna Jasanti also acknowledges that Mawar's role is more difficult compared to Arbani Yasiz. While Arbani can directly discuss with Albi, Mawar has to build her character from video recordings, family stories, and consultations with the doctor handling Shella.

"If Mawar is indeed a little more difficult, from her videos. But she is very sincere and dedicated," concluded Dinna.
