The status of the marriage of Insanul Fahmi and Inara Rusli remains a mystery that has not been fully solved. Although Inara has returned, Insanul's first wife, Wardatina Mawa, demands clarity.
In their meeting some time ago, Mawa set a strict condition that Insanul must show proof of the marriage if he wants to reconcile.

However, until now, that proof has not been shown to the public. This has sparked speculation that Insanul is deliberately stalling. In response to these accusations, Tommy Tri Yunanto, Insanul's lawyer, strongly denied the allegations when met at the Metro Jaya Police Headquarters.
"No... I will prove it as soon as possible. Yes, we want peace, Insanul's intention is to seek peace. Let's go back again," Tommy emphasized when met at the Metro Jaya Police Headquarters, South Jakarta, Wednesday (21/01/2026).
Tommy confirmed that his client does not intend to play games with this process. He assured that the physical evidence regarding the unofficial marriage is indeed real.
Insanul is also ready to comply with the requirements submitted by Mawa, as well as for the interests of the ongoing legal process. "There is, there is... there will be evidence later," Insanul replied briefly but confidently.
Regarding the pressure from various parties who want to see the evidence immediately, the legal team chose to restrain themselves. They promised to convey everything at the right time.
Insanul admitted to doing this to maintain the conducive atmosphere of the peace process that is being pursued with both parties. "Later... later... later we will convey it," he said to calm the media crew.
Aside from presenting evidence of a marriage certificate, Insanul is also required to publicly apologize as the second condition from Mawa. Insanul seems to have to work hard to convince all parties that his good intentions are not just sweet promises.
